Applications are invited only through online mode for e-District
Manager at District for the year 2025 from the eligible candidates in
Nilgiris and Tenkasi.
Tamil Nadu e-Governance Agency (TNeGA), functioning under the
Information Technology & Digital Services Department, Government
of Tamil Nadu, is responsible for driving all technology initiatives for
the Government of Tamil Nadu.Tamil Nadu e- Governance Agency
(TNeGA) is the State Nodal Agency for implementing all eGovernance
initiatives in the state. A District e-Governance Society” DeGS headed
by the District Collector/ District Magistrate shall be established in
each district by the District administration and registered under the
Societies Act. eDM’s is being appointed on behalf of the DeGS
by TNeGA through outsourcing for carrying out the e
Governance activities of the DeGS/ District Administration.

.Examination Process:
The candidates will be tested on the fundamentals of computer
science, engineering and applications by an online examination.
Procedure to Apply:
a) Candidates should apply only through online mode in the TNeGA
website http://www.tnega.tn.gov.in
b) Candidates should ensure that they have their scanned recent
colour passport size photograph (JPG/JPEG /PNG format of size 20
60 KB) and
signature (JPG/JPEG/PNG format of size 10-30 KB) separately.
(c )The online application should be uploaded with the photograph
and signature of the candidate with complete information.
d) A valid e-mail id and Mobile Number are mandatory for registration
and e-mail id should be kept active till the declaration of results
e) All the particulars mentioned in the online application including
name of the candidate, paper applied, communal category, date of
birth, address and all other fields will be considered as final.
Candidates are requested to fill the online application form with
utmost care and caution as no correspondence regarding change of
details will be entertained.
Incomplete or defective applications shall be summarily rejected.
f) The online application can be submitted up to xx.xx.2025 till 05.00
p.m. after which the link gets disabled.
g) Candidates are only fully responsible for all the details and
documents submitted along with the application. Candidates have to
go through all the instruction carefully and carefully fill up details and
upload document.
h) The online application without candidate’s photograph and
signature and incomplete information will be rejected.
i) No representation or correspondence regarding such rejection shall
be entertained under any circumstances.
